Lodging
We make rooms available for conference participants at both the Indiana Memorial Union (IMU) Biddle Hotel, located on the campus of Indiana University. The hotel is in the building where most events of the conference are held.
You may also stay at the Willkie Quadrangle dormitory, located within a walking distance of fifteen to twenty minutes from the IMU.

A single room is $48.40 plus 12% tax per night.
Please indicate this choice on the application and we will reserve the room.
Parking Information
Parking is available in the Willkie lot for $4 per day, or you may wish to purchase a parking pass for $9 for the entire conference week, which will allow you to park in faculty and student parking garages and lots. If you are staying at the IMU Hotel, you can park in its lot for free. If you are not staying at the IMU Hotel, you will have to pay to park in IMU lots.
Willkie parking permits can be purchased during check-in at Willkie's center desk.
