Outlook 2003 / 2007: Calendars - Viewing Someone Else's Calendar |
| -Note: The Calendar function in Outlook 2003 and 2007 is one of the most useful tools in the program. View another person's calendar to schedule a meeting or look for a coworker's availability. |

With Microsoft Outlook open, click on the Calendar tab. |

Under My Calendars on the left side of the screen, click Open a Shared Calendar |

In the Open a Shared Calendar window, click Name |

Type the last name, comma, then the first name or the resource name (such as "VPUR Dell Projector") for the calendar you would like to view. |

The address book will update as you type. Once the correct name comes into the window, highlight it and click OK. Click OK again. |

You can view this person’s Outlook Calendar by checking the box next to their name. |
| -Note: It is useful to add the following calendars:CS Vacation Calendar, OCM Vacation/PTO, VPUR Dell Projector, VPUR Dell Laptop and IUB Carmichael Video Conf. Rm. 201. This is done by entering these names into the Open a Shared Calendar window. |
