With Microsoft Outlook open, click on the Calendar tab. |

Under “My Calendars” on the left side of the screen, click “Share my Calendar…” |

Under the “Permissions” tab, click “Add…” |

In the name box, type “VPUR Staff” without the quotes. |

Click “Add ->” and “OK” |
|

| 6. |
With “VPUR Staff” highlighted, change the “Permission Level:” to Reviewer. |

Click “Apply” and “OK” |
