In order to add one of the networked printers to your Mac you will need to know the printer's name and IP address, which can be found here . These names are derived from Big Ten University mascots so they are easy to remember. Then please follow these instructions:

| -Note: In these instructions, I will add the OCM-HOOSIER printer, which is located in the reception area near the fax machine, but you can add any of our networked printers with this method. |

Open Printer Setup Utility from /Applications/Utilities located in the Finder and click: |

Select the IP Printer tab from the top of the Printer Browser window. Select "Internet Printing Protocol" from the Protocol menu, Next enter the IP address associated with the printer you wish to install. This number can be found on the map at the top of the page. Leave the queue blank.

Enter OCM- followed by the printer name in the name feild. Use the following chart to fill in the "Print Using" feild:

Click add and then click continue. The printer is now added and you can close the Printer Setup Untility.
