Tenure Track Faculty
The Office of the Vice Provost for Faculty & Academic Affairs can help tenure track faculty (typically, assistant professors) navigate the probationary period toward an eventual tenure decision. We sponsor workshops on anticipating the promotion and tenure process, on preparing the tenure dossier and on learning about the research infrastructure at IU. For faculty members with tenure, we provide guidance for reviews leading to promotion to full professor, including a workshop specifically designed for mid-career faculty.
