Non-Tenure Track Faculty
Non-tenure-track (NTT) faculty members make enormous contributions to teaching, research and service at IU Bloomington. Lecturers and Senior Lecturers concentrate on providing top-quality instruction; Clinical ranks professors combine teaching and service; the Research Scientist/Scholar ranks and Research Associates focus on research and creative activity; Academic Specialists offer administrative services to academic programs. About one-third of the Bloomington faculty comes from NTT ranks.
