Multidisciplinary Ventures and Seminars Fund
Deadline: October 15 and March 1
This program supports new projects developed by faculty members from at least two different academic disciplines. The goal is to furnish seed money sufficient to get interdisciplinary research projects underway, and to encourage faculty members to establish fruitful collaborations with colleagues from different parts of campus. Projects funded under this program have yielded innovative scholarly publications and artistic creations, and sometimes become the foundation for successful proposals to get external funding.
