Margaret Baechtold is an Air Force Veteran. She worked at IU for nearly five years as an academic advisor before assuming her current role as director of Veterans Support Services.

As the student service assistant, Sarah Gibson answers questions about the GI Bill and other veteran benefits for students. She also troubleshoots pay problems with the VA and IU, and is your best resource for questions related to GI Bill programs.
