Systems Analyst Programmer III - PAE3IT
Description and Responsibilities:
UITS seeks a dedicated IT professional to serve as a member of the Enterprise Services Integration (ESI) Team. The Kuali Rice system is a critical infrastructure application that is used on all IU campuses by students, faculty, and staff. The teaching and learning applications support the ongoing education of the staff, faculty, and students of Indiana University. This is a challenging and professionally rewarding position with room to grow your skills.
Performs analysis, development, troubleshooting, and support of IU.s Kuali Rice enterprise software deployment as well as development of various applications used to support the Teaching and Learning Division in UITS.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and two years programming experience required. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Must have
knowledge and skills in the following areas: one or more years of experience with relational database technologies such as Oracle, MS SQL, or MySql;
experience with JAVA, ASP.NET, and C# programming languages; ability to support Linux/UNIX- and Windows-based applications that utilize Apache or IIS
web services. Strong analytical, design, and problem-solving skills and excellent written and verbal communication needed. Must have a positive
customer service attitude, a willingness to learn new technologies, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
