Chef Steve Mangan will demo cooking for the holidays.

Steve Mangan brings over 25 years experience to the IMU. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Certified Executive Chef, and experienced restaurateur, he enjoys bringing great food to varied venues at the IMU. Mangan enjoys working with young adults and exposing them to new tastes and experiences. Living in Bloomington with his wife Betsy, he enjoys bicycling, and many types of musical endeavors. From healthy and fresh to comforting and filling, the Union has your tastes in mind and it shows in the variety of our menu.

Menu Demonstration and Meal

Spinach Salad with Orange and Garlic Dressing
Curried Butternut Squash Soup
Turkey Roulade stuffed with Boozey Rices
with nuts and berries Cranberry, Cherry and walnut Chutney

Cost: $14 for members and $16 for guests. If you make a reservation and do not attend and no cancellation was received by November 3rd, the University Club will bill you the for the meal.

You may pre-pay by sending a check to the University Club or pay-at-the-door.
