Phil Meyer began his career in public broadcasting as a college  student in the design
department at WGBH. He has a BS in Graphic  Design and an MBA from the University of
Cincinnati, as well as a  Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Indiana University.
Phil  managed the marketing and membership departments at WCET in  Cincinnati and has
been Station Manager at WTIU in Bloomington, Indiana since August 2001.

Phil has been a member of teams who have won numerous regional and  national awards,
including Regional Emmy Awards, PBS Development  Awards and was the PBS Communications
Professional of the Year in  2000. He has also served on numerous advisory groups, task
forces  and boards for public television, education and services for people  with
disabilities.

He has taught T347: Promotion & Marketing in Telecommunications  since 2003.
