Green Bag Luncheons
Green Bag luncheons are a great opportunity for teams to gather to discuss initiatives, learn more about specific issues of campus sustainability, and look for possible avenues for collaboration.
A team usually hosts the meeting, choosing a topic of discussion and oftentimes asking a guest speaker who possesses expertise in the chosen topic to share their thoughts. The meetings are informal in design- people are on their lunch break after all! -and they usually run from 12 p.m. until 1:00 p.m. on the first Wednesday of every month.
