Professor Ken Richards is one of the nation’s leading voices in the movement to mitigate and adapt to global climate change. As the Associate Director of the Richard Lugar Center for Renewable Energy, Richard’s work has been cited in the Congressional Record and used by national legislators in creating new energy policy bills.
