The School of Public and Environmental Affairs (SPEA) and the Department of Economics at Indiana University in Bloomington are seeking applications for one tenured faculty position at the rank of Associate or Full Professor. We seek an accomplished economist specializing in empirical public economics, labor economics, or applied microeconomics. Candidates with research programs in the following fields are strongly encouraged to apply: health economics, economics of education, energy economics, environmental economics, or public finance. Qualified candidates must have an established record of excellence in research and teaching at the graduate and undergraduate level. The appointment will be joint between the Department of Economics and SPEA with the teaching obligations split evenly between the two units.

The School of Public and Environmental Affairs (http://www.indiana.edu/~spea/) is one of the largest public affairs schools whose graduate programs rank among the best in the U.S.
