| The Chronicle of Higher Education recently published a piece by two Sociology graduate students, Shiri Noy and Kathleen Oberlin on handling Q&A at http://chronicle.com/article/On-the-Spot-Tips-for/128859/. This piece developed from one of Sociology's "Preparing Future Faculty" workshops. Shiri and Kathleen collaborated with the PFF program to organize a faculty panel on "Q&A on Q&A." The feedback was so positive to the panel that they decided to write up the advice and submitted to the Chronicle. |

Ho-fung Hung's recent article in New Left Review has been featured in U.S. Public Radio and several international news outlets: -- interviewed in Suzi Weissman’s Beneath the Surface show at KPFK (audio here) -- interviewed by Expresso, one of the largest newspaper in Portugal on Dec 12. -- featured in The Economic Observer, a leading economic newspaper in China on Jan 11, 2010.
