LeeAnn Sinclair is the Program Manager for the ICP. She has taught literacy and language arts classes in Indiana, Arizona, Missouri, and Tennessee. She has also taught workshops and methods courses to in-service and pre-service teachers. Classroom community and collaboration are her areas of special interest. |

Erin Ring was the Special Projects Coordinator for the ICP. Erin is a graduate of Indiana University and has an Indiana teaching license. She served in the Peace Corps in Paraguay for two years doing teacher training and was a graduate student in Language Education at Indiana University Bloomington while completing her ENL certification. |

Kathy Deckard is the Program Coordinator for Tandem Certification of Indiana Teachers (TACIT). Kathy recently completed her principal's certification. She is currently providing Adult ESL services to the Bloomington community and has an extensive background in professional development. As Program Coordinator for TACIT, Kathy manages recruitment of teachers, provide academic counseling, and assist with the arrangement of onsite workshops and the online conference. |
