IU Campus Consortium Application

Please complete the following on-line submission form. You will be notified via email of the outcome of your application within at least 10-14 business days of submitting the application.

Please list the courses that you plan to enroll in at the other IU campus. For each course taken, please include its course number, title, and the number of credit hours. Also, please indicate whether the course is a degree requirement and if it would be offered at IUB during the same term.

Please Note, to be eligible for a consortium a graduate student must be enrolled at least half-time (4 credit hours) or be enrolled in a financial aid eligible dissertation or thesis course. An undergrad student must be enrolled at least half-time (6 credit hours).


Section IV: other Information

Please Note, if our office determines that you meet the eligibility requirements for a financial aid consortium, we will contact your host institution to collect Cost of Attendance and enrollment information.

  • I am a degree seeking student on the home school campus (IU Bloomington).
  • I meet all the eligibility requirements to receive financial aid.
  • I am responsible for the payment of any and all educational costs incurred at the host institution.
  • I must maintain at least half-time enrollment.
  • I may be required to repay certain financial aid awards should I drop or withdraw from any classes.
  • I will not receive any federal aid from the host school.
