Logging off
Logging OFF and WHY you need to do that!
Make CERTAIN that you log off the machine when you are ready to leave the machine. Failure to do so will leave your printing quota subject to accessibility by uninvited third parties.
Step 1: Press CTRL+ALT+DEL at the same time
Step 2: Select "Logoff as [ID]"
Step 3: Make sure the logon panel appears before you leave
If for any reason the connection will not disconnect, shut off the machine and re-start. This should only be done after all else has failed.
