PNE-01-A-0167

Seed Bowl

The artifact was recovered during the July 1997 expedition, and is called the "Seed Bowl" because several seeds were removed from the interior and saved for analysis. It is an excellent representation of an intact ovaloid bowl with incisions around the lip.

Charles Beeker of Indiana University removes seeds from artifact PNE-01-A-0167. The seeds were labeled as artifact PNE-01-A-0168
