Common Name: None.
Description: Cap 1.5-10 cm broad, convex, broadly convex in age, hairless, dry, margin wavy, buff to orange or faded orange. Flesh thick, soft, brittle, light yellowish. Stalk 2-8 cm long, 6-20 mm thick.
Habitat: Solitary to numerous under hardwoods, conifers, and mixed woods. Widely distributed.
Edible: Very good.
