Common Name: None
Description: Cap 5-11 cm across , convex becoming more flatly convex with a short straight margin, grayish brown, smooth, occasionally a few white, membranous patches of volval remnants. Stem 55-95 by 7-14 mm high and wide.
Habitat: on the ground in mixed coniferous and deciduous woods. Quite common. Found in southeastern North America as far north as New Jersey.
Edible: No.
