Scientific Name: Polioptila caerulea
Description: A tiny, slender, long-tailed bird, blue-gray above and white below, with white eye ring and broad white borders on black tail
Habitat: Open, moist woodlands and brushy streamside thickets
Range: North America, except for central United States
