In an effort to ensure that female faculty have the information and resources necessary to prepare for a positive tenure and promotion decision, the Office for Women’s Affairs partners with the Vice Provost of Faculty and Academic Affairs (VPFAA) as well as the Vice President for Diversity, Equity and Multi-Cultural Affairs (DEMA) to present two Tenure and Promotion Workshops. Faculty benefit greatly from the combined resources and expertise of the three offices. Workshop presentations occur in the Fall and Spring of each year, so please contact owa@indiana.edu for the next date and location.
