Bob Kostrubanic’s professional experience includes consulting and senior management positions in manufacturing and banking companies and related industries, as well as in higher education institutions. He has been a database design consultant, a senior systems engineer, a manager of distribution planning, and an information systems manager and executive. In addition to his current duties as CIO and Director of IT Services, Kostrubanic is an associate faculty member in Indiana - Purdue University Fort Wayne’s Information Sciences & Technology department. Through his many IT roles, Kostrubanic has increasingly focused on improving business processes through applied information systems technology, on practical business planning and reengineering techniques, and on effective management of the operations side of businesses. He earned his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in engineering from Case Western Reserve University, and graduated with honors from the Bank Administration Institute’s Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin at Madison.
