I have just relocated to Virginia! I am seeking a technician position in preliminary testing. Experience includes OCT testing,case history,VA,NCT,cover test,versions,pachymetry,topography,keratometry,visual field testing,fundus photos,color test/stereo and CL insertion/removal training. Other skills include frame selection,frame inventory,adjustments,repairs,dispensing,surfacing/finishing RX lenses and verifying prescriptions. Clerical skills include scheduling appointments,insurance filing and organization of patient records and data. |

I am currently a COA and studying for my COT. I have experience with preliminary testing, tonometry, Orbscan, Wavescan and LASIK pre and post-op care, IOL Master, visual field testing, OCT, automated and manual refraction and some retinoscopy. I also have experience answering and managing multiple phone lines and patient scheduling. I also feel that I have excellent customer service/patient skills! |
