Oct. 8 “Hoosier view”

Answer: The Oct. 8 “Hoosier view” is a detail from the wellhouse on the IU Kokomo campus. It is located near the Kokomo Creek, at the back of campus. The stone and wood structure was moved in 1965, from IU Kokomo’s former Sycamore Street location.

In the know: Julie Diesman, manager of career services at IU Kokomo, correctly identified the edifice from the detail clue photographed by John R. Hughey on a recent campus visit.
