Gen. V.P. Malik, former chief of staff of the Indian Army and chairman of the chiefs of staff committee of India, will present a lecture tonight (Oct. 3) at 6 p.m. in Wylie Hall, Room 005, on the IU Bloomington campus. His topic will address India and its national security challenges.
