| IU Bloomington staff employees are eligible for consideration of the 2003 Staff Merit Awards. Two $1,000 awards will be presented in each of three categories: service staff, including service maintenance/food service/general; supervision/stagehands (SM/FS/GS/TE); support staff, including support staff/nurses/nursing assistants (SS/NU/NA); and professional staff (PA/PB/PC) up to level 15.
Full-time appointed staff members working at Bloomington with at least three years of continuous service are eligible. Nominations may be made by anyone and the deadline is Oct. 7. Final selections will be made by committees appointed by IUB Chancellor Sharon Brehm, with representation from the employee groups involved. The finalists will be interviewed by the committees.
