SPEA professor honored



Bingham


Lisa Bingham, associate professor at the IU School of Environmental Affairs in Bloomington, has been named the 2002 recipient of the Willoughby Abner Award for Conflict Resolution. The honor was given in recognition of Bingham’s contribution to knowledge about labor and employment dispute resolution in the public sector.

The Keller-Ruden Professor of public service at the school, Bingham serves as the director of the Conflict Resolution Institute, which she founded in 1997. The institute conducts applied research and program evaluation on mediation and other forms of dispute resolution.
