| IU Bloomington staff probably remember Physical Plant employee Phillip Taylor, who retired in 1991 and has put his energies into volunteer work for such community organizations as the Retired Senior Volunteer Program, the Salvation Army, Community Kitchen and, most recently, WonderLab, the museum of science, health and technology. He’s one of Indiana’s newest Sagamores of the Wabash, a designation extended by the governor for distinguished service. That’s IU football coach Cam Cameron (right) presenting the award last month on behalf of Gov. Frank O’Bannon. Taylor was cited for more than 1,000 volunteer hours at Wonderlab.
