IU to award scholarship honoring former Bloomington chancellor

Applications are due Wednesday, May 15, for the Kenneth R.R. Gros Louis Scholarship, which is being awarded for the first time this year at the IU Bloomington campus.

The scholarship, named for the former chancellor of the campus, is in the amount of $5,000 and will be awarded to an IU Bloomington student to be used during the senior year or to a student in graduate studies.

Criteria for selection include demonstrated academic excellence, leadership in student activities and a distinguished record of service as a university citizen.
