| A collaboration between the Office of the IU Board of Trustees and the IU Archives has led to a searchable online tool to access meeting minutes, and University Ceremonies has a new site to update various constituencies that will be involved in 2002 commencement activities on the eight IU campuses this spring.
Currently, searchable years for IU Board of Trustees minutes include 1986 onward. In the coming months, searchable minutes dating from 1970 will be uploaded. The long-term goal of the project is to provide an index as an aid to those researching university-wide policies that have been passed by the board. The commencement page includes commencement information and dates from each campus, and ceremony details as they become available will be posted, including Bloomington’s move to an indoor site, doctoral hooding information and mandatory graduation application procedures for the Bloomington campus.
