IU President Myles Brand (left) and IU Southeast Chancellor F.C. Richardson stand before the new Wall of Donors mural inside the entryway of the newly expanded and renovated Life Sciences Building.

Richardson poses with annual Chancellor’s Leadership Scholars recipients Ashley Troncin (left), Laura Mills and Aebeer Mallick. Each received $1,500, part of the proceeds raised during the Ninth Annual Chancellor’s Medallion Dinner. Remaining proceeds will provide additional $1,000 scholarships for incoming freshmen.

ASPIRE International President Neil Kodithuwakk presents Richardson with an award to recognize his “outstanding contribution to diversity in education.” ASPIRE (Association of Students Promoting Integrity and Respect for Everyone) is an organization that promotes peace and an end to world violence.

Following his final mid-year campus address, Richardson converses with (from left) Lee Staton, director of media services, John Newman, professor of sociology, and Brenda Swartz, coordinator of the School of Business’ Regional Economic Development Center.
