• Black History Month wraps up on the IU South Bend campus Friday, Feb. 23. A Kwanzaa ceremony with Verge “Brother Sage” Gillam, a traditional feast and an African market are planned. Music will be performed by Ruth Harris and the Freedom Singers of Albany, Ga., 5:30- 8 p.m., Recital Hall, Northside Hall.
