FASE to mark Black History Month with annual art fair

IU Bloomington’s Faculty and Staff for Student Excellence (FASE) mentoring program will celebrate Black History Month by hosting an annual art fair Monday, Feb. 24, at the Frangipani Room of the Indiana Memorial Union.

Artists must register by 4:30 p.m., Monday (Feb. 17) at the FASE office, located at Ashton-Moenkhaus, Rooms 250-258. The art fair is open to all students and adults in the Bloomington community.

The artwork may be a sculpture, painting, fiber art or drawing, and it must be an original piece that represents something pertaining to Black History Month. There will be prizes for the student and non-student categories.
