Laws of disaster relief to be examined at Poynter seminar

Robert Katz, a professor at the IU School of Law-Indianapolis, will present a seminar, “Pig in a Python: How the Charitable Response to Sept. 11 Distorted the Law of Disaster Relief,” Tuesday (Sept. 24) at 4 p.m. at the Poynter Center for the Study of Ethics and American Institutions, 618 E. Third St., Bloomington.

Katz holds a joint appointment with the law school and the IU Center on Philanthropy on the Indianapolis campus.
