IU Southeast campus helps area students with post-high school planning

The best preparations for college goes all the way back to junior high and high school years, according to the College Preparatory/Student Outreach Program at IU Southeast in New Albany. The program is designed to encourage students to aspire for a college education and inform and involve parents in the planning of their child’s education.

Southeast’s college preparatory staff has established partnerships with the schools of New Albany, Floyd County and the Greater Clark County School Corporation. Sessions in the schools throughout the school year include instruction in SAT and ACT preparation, study skills, campus tours, guest speakers and financial aid workshops.
