Announcements from before the meeting
If you have the link to this webpage, you probably have received an email with your meeting receipt attached. If you need an original signature, please bring a hard copy of the receipt to the meeting; either Vicky or Amy will sign the form for you.
Also, ADA is sending us the list of registrants in such a way that it would be maddeningly time-consuming to tease out who has and who has not yet received confirmation of your registration. Therefore I will send a confirmation email to the entire list...causing some of you to get multiple confirmations. Please excuse me for taking the easy way out on this, but it will be much easier for you to hit "delete" than for me to hand select each recipient each time. Thank you! --Vicky
Special note about parking at the meeting:
If you are attending the DEP meeting but not staying overnight, you are a "day guest" and you can park in the parking garage for free. If you are an overnight guest at the hotel, you need to pay for overnight parking, but we have negotiated the reduced rate of $10 a night.
The hotel also has valet parking. I strongly suggest that you do not use the valet parking, as that cost is not covered by your registration fee at all (and it costs ~$30). So you probably want to do your own parking in the garage to the left of the hotel.
