363 completed telephone survey interviews of past NCA training participants.

Sample Findings Related to Distance Learning

  • 52% accessed NCA web site since training
  • 48% indicated that their agency had participated in distance learning
  • 79% indicated that their agency was very or somewhat likely to participate in future distance learning programs
  • 94% of the respondents indicated that their facility has Internet access
  • 99% of the respondents stated that their facility has a computer with CD-ROM
    •  
  • 42% indicated that their facility has satellite video conferencing capabilities
