Choir

Music is a major part of worship at the Center for University Ministry. Being an ecumenical, interdenominational community, we sing music of many different styles and time periods. We enjoy singing music from various cultures and in various languages, such as Spanish, Latin, German, Hebrew, and Swahili. Our choir director is Kelly Corcoran, a conducting major in the school of music.

Choir is active during the fall and spring semesters. During this time, choir rehearsal is Sunday mornings at 9:45 am and again after the morning worship service (around 11:30 am). No audition is necessary; just show up!

During the summer, the whole congregation participates in singing Taizé inspired chants and songs.
