Registration Information

 

 

Registration fee for the 33rd Linguistics Symposium on Romance Languages includes participation in all sessions; all conference materials; Friday reception; morning coffee and pastries and afternoon refreshment breaks.  A ticketed banquet will be held on Saturday evening, April 26, in the I.M. Pei designed Indiana University Art Museum. (To purchase a banquet ticket, see Symposium on-line registration form.)

 

Discounted registration fees are available for faculty and students until March 31, 2003.  You may register after March 31st and on-site for slightly increased fee.

We ask that all participants register, including speakers, presenters, exhibitors and guests.  We encourage all participants to register early.

 

Parking

Complimentary parking is available for those staying at the Indiana Memorial Union.  After 5:00 pm and on weekends, street parking is available within easy walking distance.  Otherwise, a permit is necessary to park on campus.  Cost: $4.00 per day.

Cancellation of Registration:

Registration fees will be refunded minus a $15.00 administrative fee, if written notification is received prior to the Symposium.  Cancellations must be made in written form and submitted to the Conference Registrar:
