1. Election of BLFC Secretary (Nominee: Erika Dowell), BFC Secretary (Nominee: Becky Cape), and Parliamentarian of BLF/BLFC (No nominee) for 2003/2004

2. Election of ULFC representatives for 2003/2004 (one second-year and one first-year member)

NB: First year members are: Diane Dallis, Cecile Jagodinski, Frank Quinn, and Nona Watt. Continuing, second-year members are: Becky Cape, Erika Dowell, Marion Frank-Wilson, Jian Liu, Andrea Singer.

3. Appointment of a non-SMG member as liaison to SMG

4. Appointment of BLFC committees and liaisons

5. Nomination of librarians for service on the Jenkins Award Committee

6. Discussion of the Salary Equity Review Committee Report (Jackie Byrd, Chair)

7. Discussion of the Peer Review Committee Report (Frank Quinn and Sylvia Turchyn, Co-Chairs)

8. Approval of the Minutes of the June 4, 2003 Meeting

9. Reports from the Dean

As my last act while I am officially still a member of the Library Faculty, I submit my resignation as Secretary of the BLFC. I do intend to fulfill the obligation by August to prepare a summary of the actions taken during the 2002/2003 year. It has been my pleasure and privilege to have served as your secretary.
