1. THANKS!!!

Thanks to the Access Services Department, particularly Vaughn Nuest and his staff including Hillary K. Byrn, Keith Welch, Diane Dallis, etc. for the excellent work and help they have given to, and the successful completion of, the expansion and shifting p roject in the East Asian Collection. This year-long gigantic project, which, besides efforts from Access Services, has also received great generous help from my colleagues in SALC, entails a lot of careful planning and hard work, and I would like to expr ess my deep appreciation to all who have helped with the task. The East Asian Faculty are pleased with the neat arrangement of books on the East Asian shelves now, and are finding that they can use the East Asian Collection with greater ease and convenie nce.

---Thomas Lee, East Asian Librarian
