Effective November 9, Aaron Reichert accepted the Digital Media Specialist position with the Digital Library Program. Aaron has worked in Media & Reserve Services since August of 1997.
2. Official Catalog Disposition Committee
On November 5, 1998, the Library Management Team approved the recommendation of the Official Catalog Disposition Committee to move the Official Catalog from the Third Floor of the Main Library. Following the recommendation of Vaughn Nuest and Harold Shaffer, we will move the Catalog to the Ground Floor to the area between the Gifts review area and the Bindery operations. This operation will take place in the next month or so.
I want to thank Julia Pophal (Chair), Jan Clinch, Vaughn Nuest, Linda Rethmeyer, and Peggy Underwood for their work and for helping us arrive at this decision.
