PART 6: BIBLIOGRAPHY

This bibliography on the subject of bibliotherapy is divided into two sections, A and B. Section A lists resources recommended for those who wish to read more about bibliotherapy and Young Adult Literature. Section B lists the articles and documents used for Module 8's bibliotherapy report.

Here, one finds a good definition of YAL, a brief analysis of trends in this literature, and a comprehensive list of what good YAL teachers should know and be able to do with and for their students. There are numerous hotlinks to related, more specific topics, such as reader response theory and practice and gender issues.

Although mostly recent pulbications are featured, a few "classics" from previous decades appear as well. Book jackets are reproduced from the titles discussed.
