The conjunction 그리고 (G2.7 Conjunction 그리고) is used to add parallel information to what has been said earlier.
Note that the two pieces of information conjoined must be parallel in nature. That is, one negative and the other positive cannot be conjoined together with 그리고.

식당이 어디 있어요?
A: IMU에
있어요. 그리고 도서관 밑에도 있어요.
Q: IMU 식당
어때요?
A: 맛있어요.
그리고 싸요.
Q: IU에 책방이 어디 있어요?
A: IMU 안에

있어요.
