Welcome!
You have decided to apply to join the Contemporary Dance Program at IU. Applying to be a student of the University and applying for an audition to the Dance program are two separate processes.
In order to be accepted into this program you must do two things:
1.) Fill-out the DANCE MAJOR AUDITION and APPLICATION FORM, and
2.) Apply to become a student at Indiana University. The steps are listed below.
1.) DANCE MAJOR AUDITION and APPLICATION FORM
You may apply to become a Contemporary Dance student online or through paper.
To apply online, open the DANCE MAJOR AUDITION and APPLICATION FORM. It will open in a new window. Be sure to fill in all necessary information.
If you want a paper application, contact Mildred Perkins listed below.
2.) Apply to Become A Student at Indiana University
Open the Office of Admissions Website to explore becoming a student at Indiana University. To apply to IU online, click Apply New for Fall 2012. This link will open in a new window called the eApp - Online Admissions Application. You will need to create an account for yourself and then fill-out the online applicaiton form.

An application and audition are required for admission to the Department of Kinesiology's major in dance at Indiana University . The application packet may be obtained from the Department of Kinesiology.
