John brings more than 30 years' experience in executive education to his role as Kelley Executive Partners' executive director. Serving as an Associate Dean at Duke University's business school, a managing director at Duke Corporate Education, and a professor at Harvard Business School, John has worked with executives in Fortune 1000 corporation around the globe. John also has experience as an entrepreneur and businessperson. He co-founded and served as Managing Partner for the Center for Executive Development, one of the first consultancies to serve the executive education marketplace. John directs Kelley Executive Partners' strategy to provide high-impact, cost efficient executive development experiences to corporate clients globally.
Sarah  Smith-Robbins Sarah Smith-Robbins

Sarah Robbins specializes in the use of interactive strategies to design coursework for Fortune 500 companies. In fact, she's a nationally recognized expert in social media and emerging technologies and their application to organizations and education. She travels the world speaking about technology and communications and has published more than a dozen papers on virtual worlds and culture. Sarah has designed everything from programs to enhance communities and collaboration within organizations to alternate reality games that take learners into complex adventures that reinforce important business concepts.

Ivor is the interface between clients, business directors & faculty where he analyzes and identifies clients' needs leading to the design and development of customized innovative experiences. He was one of 12 senior General Electric consultants at Crotonville (next door to Sing-Sing). As Work-Out Team Leader for GE's global Industrial & Power Systems Sales business he led the effort which Fortune Magazine described "as the largest example of corporate change in the western World." Also, he helped design and develop a key GE program which teaches leadership & development in an innovative experiential format. Internationally, he led the effort to develop the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's new strategy for the economic development. Awarded the Fellowship of the British Psychological Society for "substantial and original contribution to the advancement of psychological knowledge and practice," he was given ASTD's Anderson Memorial Award for "outstanding contributions to the field of instructional technology." He holds three professorships -- business, cognitive sciences and education.

The Senior Director is an integral part of the Kelley Executive Partners team working to develop, further and enhance relationships with corporate clients. Sam's first love is cash flow so he's perfect to be responsible for overall financial management of Kelley Executive Partners. He has management responsibilities for the program managers, administrative, accounting and finance personnel and any part-time administrative resources. With over twenty years of senior-level business experience, he regularly takes part in strategic business and performance issues, contract composition and negotiation and creation of corporate policies and procedures. A Certified Public Accountant since 1984, Sam holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Indiana University and has actually been seen out of his office and interacting with other people on rare occasions.

David joined Kelley Executive Partners in January of 2010 to assist in the development and delivery of our custom programs. He has spent the last 10 years working with technology for teaching and learning and has experience managing projects from investigation to implementation. His experience with technology and project management helps to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. David holds two degrees from Purdue University, most recently a MBA from the Krannert School of Management (we are not holding that against him).

George Telthorst is a twenty-three year manufacturing/operations professional. An accomplished team leader with proven success in plant management, George focuses on strategic planning, purchasing, distribution and process engineering. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and an engineering degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point.

Your Kelley Executive Partners program manager is your information link. Each Kelley Executive Partners client is assigned a program manager whether your content is delivered on site or on-line. They ensure that your program is filled with high quality content and experts, as well as being your go-to person for information problem-solving. Ilona  Hajdu Ilona Hajdu

Ilona joined the Kelley Executive Partners team in September 2010. Formerly a paralegal, Ilona has managed a variety of clients in both the private and public sectors. Ilona specializes in building client relationships and program implementation, and has worked in Chicago, Indianapolis, and Los Angeles. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and is currently working on her Master of Science in Adult Education at Indiana University. Ilona loves to travel, and her international destinations have included Hungary, Slovakia, Switzerland, Canada, Mexico, Bahamas, Belize and the Netherlands.
Kelley  Weis Kelley Weis

Kelley joined the KEP team in July 2006 and has worked with The Manitowoc Company, Inc., the Coca-Cola Company, ConAgra Foods, Rolls-Royce and many others. She has a strong focus on international programs and most recently has managed programs in Shanghai, Lyon and Prague. Kelley holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Indiana University School of Journalism and is a lifetime Hoosier fan.

Amanda joined the Kelley Executive Partners team in June 2004 and has worked with companies such as 3M, WellPoint, SPX Corporation, Eli Lilly and Co., and many others. Amanda is responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing programs both face-to-face and online. Amanda holds a Bachelors of Arts degree from the College of Arts and Sciences at Indiana University. Amanda is married with one child and two dogs.
