If something is confusing now, it will be very confusing when you

a new directory and re-run the master do-files. Since the files are in
a new directory, you won't over-write your current Stata logs since 
they can be useful if you encounter a problem. If everything works,

are presenting are documented with a pointer to the do-file that 
produced the result (e.g., using hidden text).{p_end}

Delete files that aren't needed and move the rest of the files to
