Dear CCNA Students,

We wish to thank you for your continued interest in the CCNA program and express our commitment to the excellence of the program.

If you haven't already done so for the current CCNA course in which you are enrolled for the fall term, please take your CCNA Student Survey either in a class period determined by your instructor or even on your own, after your class is at least halfway completed.

Remember!  Although policy does not permit us to compensate students in CCNA1, if you continue to take your CCNA2, 3 and 4 Student Surveys as a participant of this survey, you will receive a $10 stipend if, and only if, you complete the last demographics page.  Without this information, we cannot verify the validity of the data nor have an address to which we can send the check

More about our study:  Cisco Learning Systems has commissioned our team at Indiana University, Bloomington to conduct a longitudinal study of the success of the CCNA Networking Academy in terms of:

  • the success of CCNA students,
  • the factors influencing student success,
  • the best practices for student learning,
  • the support provided to instructors, and
  • employer satisfaction.

All survey information is stored in a secure location and will never be distributed to an outside party.

All the best for your fall term!
